Cialis
Cialis (tadalafil) is manufactured by Eli Lilly for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction. Cialis is available in four dosages- 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. For daily dosage you can buy Cialis 2.5mg or Cialis 5mg, but for spontaneous use the original Cialis 10mg and Cialis 20mg are available.
This tablet requires a doctor’s prescription; therefore it cannot be bought over the counter at any High Street pharmacy.

What is Cialis and how does it work?
Cialis (tadalafil) is manufactured by Eli Lilly for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction. Cialis relaxes muscles and increases blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. In this way, Cialis helps you achieve and maintain an erection. In this respect, Cialis works in the same way as Viagra. The main difference is that Cialis works faster and lasts longer.
After you take a Cialis tablet, your body will respond in between 30 minutes and an hour, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection. In the following 24-36 hours, Cialis will remain active in your body. This means that with Cialis you will be able to achieve and maintain an erection easier than normal within this period.
Dosage Information
Cialis is available in four strengths. For daily dosage you can buy Cialis 2.5mg or Cialis 5mg, but for spontaneous use the original Cialis 10mg and Cialis 20mg are available.
It is probably best to start by using a low-dose Cialis and increasing it only if it does not cure your erection problem. Experience will eventually tell you which Cialis tablet is best for you.
How to take Cialis
The recommended starting dose is one 10mg tablet before sexual activity. If the effect of this dose is too weak it may be increased to 20mg. The tablet should be swallowed whole with some water, and should be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Cialis may still be effective up to 36 hours after taking the tablet. It is important to note that Cialis does not work if there is no sexual stimulation. You should NOT take Cialis more than once a day. Cialis10 mg and 20 mg is intended for use prior to anticipated sexual activity and is not recommended for continuous daily use.
Possible Side Effects
Like all medicines, Cialis can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. These effects are normally mild to moderate in nature.
Taking Cialis with a nitrate medicine can cause a serious decrease in blood pressure, leading to fainting, stroke or heart attack.
If you become dizzy or nauseated during sexual activity or if you have pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw, stop and call your doctor right away. You could be having a serious side effect of Cialis. Do not take Cialis tablets Cialis 10mg or Cialis 20mg more than twice a week. Allow at least 48 hours to pass between doses of Cialis. Contact your doctor or seek emergency medical attention if your erection is painful or lasts longer than four hours after taking Cialis. A prolonged erection (priapism) can damage the penis.
Very rarely, Cialis can decrease blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye, causing sudden vision loss. This has occurred in a small number of people taking Cialis, most of whom also had heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or certain pre-existing eye problems, and in those who smoke or are over 50 years old. It is not clear whether Cialis is the actual cause of vision loss. If you have sudden vision loss, please stop using Cialis and get emergency medical help.
Other common side effects of Cialis include: headache, nasal congestion, facial flushing, indigestion, and back or muscle pain.
